Jones, a former prisoner who is now a licensed counselor at the Osborne Association in the Bronx, spoke about the work of  this nonprofit criminal justice organization that provides vital services to the accused, prisoners, former prisoners, and their families.

Jones highlighted the effective work of the Association in providing a broad range of treatment, education and vocational services to more than 89,000 people a year. As the oldest and most experienced organization in New York State serving men and women involved with the criminal justice system, Osborne operates at several sites throughout the state, including the Bronx, Brooklyn, Poughkeepsie, Rikers Island, and in several state correctional facilities.
