Before our Sunday meetings, some members gather for Colloquy, a time of shared reflection and nurturing. It’s an opportunity for people to meet in a small group, examine a particular aspect of life, explore and practice self-reflection. It is a structured meeting, including reflection and self-expression in a nonjudgmental, confidential atmosphere.
Colloquy inspires participants to raise awareness of their own views, emotions, and values. Guided by a facilitator, participants sit in a circle, read a bit about the morning’s topic, and take turns sharing responses – speaking from personal experiences, thoughts and feelings.
Colloquy begins at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday and runs throughout the year. Visitors are welcome. Come join us!
